What is so special about “Stubbornness?”

“Stubbornness” is a special quality which is more often demonstrated by genius! More often they are the one who take the world to next level.

It can be seen in people at any age… A child, A teenager, A Youth or A grownup

You may find few or many around.

Many find it very challenging to deal with it.

Stubbornness can be a great quality if tuned and managed skillfully. Otherwise it is miserable for all, including the itself.

We must understand that the stubborn people have reason to be stubborn.

Managing stubbornness is all about giving them reason to change. Though it is simple but very skillful.

At Aapt UX, we deal with stubbornness to uncover hidden genius.

We follow simple 7 steps of ongoing process, to be conducted in groups:

  1. Connect with a Stubborn person: We accept and respect the special people with this quality. We have natural and innovative ways to get connected. It is more effective when conducted in groups.
  2. Observe and Discover hidden controlling points which can be tuned to manage Stubbornness.
  3. Choose one or two best controlling points to manage stubbornness.
  4. Create innovative plan to tune selected controlling points. Here plan offers opportunity (but does not compel) to participate for Schools, colleges, Parents, Employer’s employee welfare program, friends, close relatives
  5. Execute plan which involves marginal behavioral changes and approaches creating positive impact.
  6. Observe
  7. Evaluate. Go to step 2 to  refine.

We don’t talk theory but we do conduct workshops in groups for people (Children, youths, professional, grownups ) with special quality-stubbornness to manage it. Our therapy doesn’t look like therapy. It’ one going natural process with easy interactions.

I we look around, we realize machines are rapidly taking over human jobs. It started long back with first industrial revolution in west.

At first site it looks scary as it is cutting jobs of human resources.

But if we look at it from different angle, machines are making human resources free for creative and innovative jobs , by doing routine, repetitive and complex jobs for you.
