Does Rank really INSPIRE your child today?

It is observed that rank doesn’t motivate children any more. Though rank is followed by appreciation, recognition and raise status & expectations, it fails to motivate children. On the other side it may demotivate children if their efforts are not translated into Ranks. Can we see the critical point here?

Rank is necessary but not sufficient to motivate children. Its is true with adults as well. It goes by basic human nature…

On the other side if we look at the great legends who have changed the world and are remembered by generations ahead, we don’t see rankers there…

Then what is that which motivates them to become great?

Aapt UX research reveals that exploration, imagination, creation, experiencing something new excites children more than anything else and hence are basic motivating factors which really drive children and adults also…

We don’t underestimate discipline and structured , standardized learning methods, but we try to balance it by introducing these motivating factors also.

Aapt UX Learning is designing learning environment which include these motivating factors and will not ignore Rank as well.
